Low Season:   Oct 1 - Apr 1:       $210 per night -  adults only, no pets - TWO night min booking
High Season: Apr 2 - Sept 30:  $249 per night -  adults only, no pets - THREE night min booking

ISLAND VISTA COTTAGE EXTENDED STAY

Low Season: Oct 1 - Apr 1:          $105 per night -  adults only, no pets, 30 night min
High Season: Apr 2 - Sept 30:   $249 per night -  adults only, no pets, 30 night min

Rates based on double occupancy

Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay (or per week)

Each unit sleeps 2 adults only
No visitors please

Pets: Pets are not accepted

Refundable damage deposit: $150

Cancellation Policy: applies to ALL reservations. Please ensure you have cancellation insurance.

• ABSOLUTELY no beach fires !!
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT:  We understand accidents can happen. Please report any breakage, spills or damage. Unreported damage, theft, extra cleaning required, damage to linens, unauthorized guest or pet stays will result in forfeit of your damage deposit.
  
• Guaranteed Reservations: 50% deposit at the time of reservation, remaining balance upon check-in. All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: 

   - Cancellations are calculated from the first date reserved.

   - Less than 14 days notice - 100% of total amount is due

   - 15-21 days notice - 50% of total amount is due

   - No penalty for cancellations with 21 days notice of more

• Each unit accommodates two adults. Please note that the terrain at Beachside is not child friendly. 
• Beachside has many hills and stairs and is not suitable for those with mobility challenges.
• Check in is anytime after 4 p.m., check out 11 a.m. or before - please call to arrange your check in and check out.
• Beachside is an adult oriented, restful retreat. QUIET TIME IS ALL THE TIME, and especially from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep TV volumes low, no outdoor music or entertaining of non-registered guests.
• Beachside is situated in a residential neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours and other guests.
• Units are 'self-catered'. Small kitchens and an outdoor barbecue are provided. If used, cooking facilities must be returned AS FOUND, which means -- leave in the same condition as when you arrived: i.e. dishes put away, appliances and counters wiped clean, garbage and recycling neatly organized.
• Registered guests only. No visitors please.
• Hot Tub use is subject to safety rules and usage times. Please limit your time to under one hour. More information is available.
• Please ask for more information about any of our policies, we are glad to clarify.

• The hot tub pavilion, beach area, barbecue and grounds are shared amenities
• WATER CONSERVATION AND SEPTIC: Shorter showers, limiting towel use, less TP and no other products down the toilet, prevents septic clogs and backups. Tap water is very drinkable, and we encourage bottle refills over single use containers.
• One parking spot per unit is available 
• Beachside is a sloped property with stair paths between parking, the cottage and lower suite, to the hot tub and beach area. Average mobility is required.
